2. Registration and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings and payments

  • Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
  • A booking is only confirmed after the host accepts it.
  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the property.

4. Host responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about their property.
  • Keep their calendar up to date.
  • Respond to booking requests within 24 hours.
  • Ensure the property matches the provided description.

5. Traveler responsibilities

  • Respect the property rules.
  • Do not exceed the maximum number of occupants.
  • Report any issues to the host as soon as possible.

6. Content and intellectual property

All content published on MoroBnB must comply with our guidelines and not violate intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content.

7. Changes to the terms

MoroBnB reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

8. Limitation of liability

MoroBnB acts solely as an intermediary between hosts and travelers. We are not responsible for disputes between users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms.
